SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All of our products are fulfilled and shipped through Printful.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. You’ll only be charged one shipping fee at the time of purchase, even if your order is split into multiple shipments.
Multiple Shipments
Because Printful uses multiple fulfillment facilities, items in your order may be produced and shipped separately. This means you may receive your order in more than one package. Don’t worry — you will not be charged extra shipping for split orders.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on the destination. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your location).
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, your package will be returned to Printful and you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
At State Defense Force Foundation, all of our products are fulfilled through Printful. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with Printful to replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
Lost in Transit
If your order never arrives, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the package will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Returns by Customer
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or preference-based reasons. Size exchanges and returns are only available at our discretion and at your expense. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order.
Return Address
All returns should be sent to Printful’s facility (address listed on your order). When a return is received, you will receive an automated notification.
